Check out the full description of each modality via the sections below. Each therapy session uses a combination of 1 or all therapies to achieve the client’s desired results.

Please note - this is not a spa massage and we work to achieve maximum success and utilize breathwork throughout the session.

CUPPING THERAPY

The Deets: Using a glass cup and vacuum, we pull the skin up inside the cup, creating negative pressure. The suctioning effect from cupping works to decompress the layers of fascia and skin, loosens connective tissues, and helps drain toxins from our bodies.

How: Placing the cup on the skin in the affected area, we use a vacuum machine or pump to pull the skin upwards into the cup creating a suction.

Objective: Reduce pain, decrease inflammation, increase circulation and blood flow, promote muscle healing from soreness, and improves your range of motion. This is also great for relaxation and boost your immune system.

PERCUSSION GUN THERAPY

The Deets: The fastest way to regenerate your sore muscles to get back to your daily routine. Using the percussion gun, you can achieve 90min worth of massage in a short 25min session. Great directly after you personal training session or workout.

How: Using the percussion gun and a wide variety of techniques, we work deep into sore muscle tissue to regenerate affected parts of the body.

Objective: Optimize your workout recovery, increase muscle growth and renewal, improve range of motion and flexibility, remedy fatigue, and improve overall well being.

SCRAPPING THERAPY

The Deets: A deeper, highly effective form of soft tissue massage therapy that further breaks down dysfunctional tissue and triggers the body to respond to heal the affected area.

How: Using a “scrapper” or non-invasive FDA approved tool we rub or scrap over your skin on affected areas of the body. Oil such as coconut oil may be used if needed.

Objective: Improve / solve common issues relating to muscle strength and movement. Provide pain relief, heal damaged tissue, and increase overall pain free daily activity.

CORRECTIVE MOVEMENT THERAPY

The Deets: Simply put, we teach you how to properly move while exercising and doing “life” things. Understanding how the body moves and what the “Dos” and “Don’ts” are, are important to correcting your movement.

How: We address and fix movement, exercises, and areas of compensation/imbalances by watching you move and identifying the issue. We then correct it with you, create an individualized movement plan that incorporates corrected movement, and we repeat it with you to address the movement issues.

Objective: To fix body movements that cause pain, improve the quality of your movement and workouts, relieve pain, and fixes alignment issues.
