THE DEETS: This is a 100% strength focused total body group training sesh. It’s all about loading and lifting. Our #1 priority is teaching and emphasizing form and technique THEN, you’re going to lift and work toward increased strength performance. This class will support building muscle mass to a lean, tone look but even better give you a solid foundation for the strength needed in your bones for longevity in LIFE. Also, this is a great place to start for any new beginners in strength workouts.

LENGTH: 60min

CLASS CAP SIZE: 4-10 per session dependant on programming.

MAIN OBJECTIVE: Increase strength, build foundation for proper movement.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS USED: Barbells, dumbbells, kettles, resistance training bands, pull up racks, and possibly more.

WHO’S IT FOR: Beginners to athletes.

SWEATY AF

THE DEETS: SWEATY AF, a mixture of conditioning and strength training in varied formats such as intervals, AMRAPS, circuits, and others that we’ve been rocking for more than 10 years. Some call it H.I.I.T., we just call it gettin SWEATY AF. Our coaches push you through a challenging, uniquely designed program that’s different every class. Doing movements such as DB Reverse Lunges and KB Chest Press mixed with conditioning elements such as Boxing, rowing and plyometrics….you’ll leave exactly like you’d imagine (sweaty)!

LENGTH: 60min

CLASS CAP SIZE: 6-12 per session dependant on programming.

MAIN OBJECTIVE: Get shredded, get toned, boost your metabolism, and raise your confidence and sexiness.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS USED: Bars, bells, kettles, ropes, balls, bands, bikes, rowers, ski ergs, treads, jump ropes, and honestly everything we own.

WHO’S IT FOR: Beginners to athletes.
