DO YOU TRAIN ONLY ATHLETES?

No, we train everyone. We like to call our clients athletes because you are no matter if your training for a sport, or for what most of are working out for: LIFE! Get in here and let’s train ATHLETE!

CAN ANYONE COME TO A GROUP CLASS?

Yes, actually! We program our group training classes for those most experienced to those that have never been. Remember something MAJOR, we all start somewhere. Our coaches are superb in helping you find the right weight, intensity, and perfect program for you. We want to challenge you of course, but we don’t want to kill you and you never come back. Remember, you choose how your body moves best and we respect that in everything we do.

IS THERE A BEGINNERS COURSE OR CLASS?

Nope, all training and sessions are designed for beginners to the most experienced. Come as you are, we got you.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SESSION OR CLASS?

Ideally come 10 minutes early, get settled in, look at all the pretty things and then start a light warm up stretch.

DO I NEED TO CHECK IN FOR MY CLASS OR SESSION?

Yes, check in with your trainer. While its highly unlikely we miss your face, if we do happen to miss checking you in you get a nice $35 no show fee charged to your account. Moral of the story, check in.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY CLASS OR SESSION?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY CLASS OR SESSION?

Cozy athletic clothing and shoes. You’re training at a gym, this isn’t a spa. Don’t come lookin all cute cuz you won’t leave that way!

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON YOUR PACKAGES OR MEMBERSHIPS?

We do not. As a small business, each dollar supports our main cause. Discounting our services directly discounts our Coach’s salaries, our ability to pay our expenses, and strive to be a successful business in the long run. Support a small business is one of the best things you can do as it directly impacts your local community from city and state taxes, to jobs, and more. We greatly appreciate your support and every dollar spent at our studios.

CAN I COME WHENEVER TO WORKOUT?

No, we aren’t an Anytime Fitness. Always reserve your sessions or classes 24 hours in advance.

MY FRIEND WANTS TO COME TO CLASS WITH ME, WHAT DO I DO?

Amaze, send them to our website to register for the same class and pay.

CAN I TRANSFER MY CLASSES OR SESSIONS TO OTHERS?

No, we don’t transfer any classes, trainings, or sessions. Ever.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR GROUP TRAINING CLASSES?

Each group training class varies from 6 person caps to 12 person caps depending on the day and the workout.

ARE THERE WAITLISTS FOR CLASSES & SESSIONS? WHAT DO I DO?

Yes, almost 100% of our time slots cap our and get waitlisted. You’ll be promoted to join the waitlist and receive a notification if you get in the class off the waitlist. If you get in please confirm via text. If you don’t get off the waitlist you do NOT get charged. If you get off the waitlist you do get charged.

DO MY CLASSES OR SESSIONS EXPIRE?

Everything has an expiration, including our classes and sessions. They’re reasonable and so are we. Check your account package as it states the expiration date. If something comes up contact us.

CAN I EXERCISE WHILE PREGNANT?

That’s up to you and your doctor. We’d like to know if you are preggos to ensure we are doing our part to keep you safe.

WHAT DO I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

Eat something that gives you energy 30-60 minutes before class. Avoid a large meal before a class. We sell energy bars and drinks for pre-workout consumption.

WHAT DO I EAT AFTER CLASS?

Load up on protein and water after class, immediately! Protein is going to help you tone and define your muscles and water will help ease the soreness we promise you'll be feeling tomorrow! We sell both water and protein, along with healthy shakes to help your post-workout needs.

INJURIES

We can train clients with injuries but we need to know them. It’s our job to ensure your safety so inform us.  Always consult with your doctor prior to engaging in any physical activity, especially fitness sessions and classes.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT?

That depends on your body and your goals and we will discuss this at the beginning of your first session and throughout your training program designed specifically for you and your goals.

HOW CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW FOR YOUR STUDIO?

We love in person reviews the most. Of course a 5 star review on some public online site is great, but what’s better than telling us in person and sharing in smiles and appreciation together. On the flip side, if you have an issue, a constructive review that can help us be better, we’d also love to hear it in person or you can email us anytime here. We don’t believe in hiding behind screens and posting nasty reviews to hurt other people and businesses so if that’s you, best we move on.
