COLD IMMERSION POOL THERAPY
The Deets: Our cold immersion plunge pool is set to 37º - 50º F and uses a water filtration system that keeps the water clean as well as chilled. Each plunge includes a Coach to help teach you breathing techniques and assist in the plunge. Plunges can be done for :30 up to 3:00 at a time with a max of 11:00 per week.

-Improves stress & anxiety triggers
-Increases circulation and blood flow and heart function
-Builds your immunity
-Supports weight loss and muscle building recovery
-Clients should wear proper swim attire, bring alternative clothing for post plunge and their own towel
