100% total body strength. You’ll experience the personalized element of semi-private training in a small group. Varying formats and lifts daily, you’ll train hard and work to increased strength, range of motion, and build muscle. Circuits, progressive overloads, supersets, and other formats with barbells, dumbbells, resistance, kettles, and more. Build muscle to a lean, tone look and develop a solid base. PARAFIT CROSS TRAINING.

High intensity cross training built with scalable programming for all fitness levels in a semi-private class with total focus on client form, safety, and results. Begin with a pre-workout lift, skill, or mobility such as deadlifts, handstand work, or shoulder mobility. The WOD (workout of the day) follows with workouts ranging in time, structure, and movement variation daily. 60 minute class. 12 human cap.
