  • A high intensity conditioning class with heavy core moves. Using workout structure variations such as time caps, distances, amraps, and circuits this class will push your cardio to new heights. You’ll do slams, plyometrics, machine cardio, and more to get the job done. 55 minute class.

  • 100% strength means we’re going to lift. Varying lifts and formats, you’ll train hard and work to increase strength, range of motion, and build muscle. Upper body days, lower body days, and total body days - the name of the class indicates the focus. Circuits, progressive overloads, supersets, and other formats using barbells, dumbbells, resistance training, kettles, and more. Beginners to athletes. 60 minute class.

  • High intensity cross training built with scalable programming for all fitness levels with focus on form, safety, and results. 50% strength and 50% conditioning in this total body session. With lighter weights along with conditioning based movements, clients can modify weights heavier or lighter, and go as intense as they see fit. 60 minute class.

  • Full body high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) built with scalable programming for all fitness levels with total focus on client form, safety, and results. Circuit rounds at varying movements such as rowers, med balls, battle ropes, sprints and more burn fat, improve conditioning and endurance, and get you shredded fast. This class is great for all beginners. 55 minute class. 24 human cap.

  • Learn and complete enhanced mobility techniques to improve your physical results for improved lifts, range of motion, and overall well being. Focusing on each muscle, each joint, using a variety of equipment and modalities you’ll be feeling loose af after this 60 minute class.
