100% strength means we’re going to lift. Varying lifts and formats, you’ll train hard and work to increase strength, range of motion, and build muscle. Upper body days, lower body days, and total body days - the name of the class indicates the focus. Circuits, progressive overloads, supersets, and other formats using barbells, dumbbells, resistance training, kettles, and more. Beginners to athletes. 60 minute class. High intensity cross training built with scalable programming for all fitness levels with focus on form, safety, and results. 50% strength and 50% conditioning. Cardio and conditioning sets to increase the heart rate into a fat burning Zone 2 using everything from plyometrics to sprints to the beloved assault bike. 45-60 minute class.
