  • Tuesday's lower-body focused session allows you to build your foundation from the ground up targeting glutes, quads, and hamstrings through the use of strength training equipment and explosive lower body plyometrics. 1 hour classes.

  • Midweek we shift gears and dial in on the major upper body muscles groups with both strength training equipment and a touch of cardio equipment.  Expect to push and pull on these days.

  • Thursdays were honing in on the midsection with this core intensive conditioning class.  Plan on alternating between dynamic core and ab exercises and any other movements that get our heart rates lifted. 1 hour classes.

  • TGIF!  It's the end of the work and it's time to tone up the arms and shoulders.  Anticipate targeting biceps, triceps and shoulders with predominantly free weights and resistance bands. 1 hour classes.

  • Anything goes on Saturday! Expect creative circuits, surprise formats and even partner workouts using all the cardio and strength training equipment available hitting all muscle groups. 1 hour classes.

  • Ease into the new week with some lighter cardio and resistance work focusing on mobility and higher repetition allowing yourself to reconnect, reset and recharge. 1 hour classes.
